This tournament participates in our Preferred Hotel Program, which provides participants with access to discounted rates at our partner hotels. Individuals who are traveling more than 90 miles from the event venue are eligible to participate in the Preferred Hotel Program and can view available hotels by clicking “Book Now.”

To participate in the Preferred Hotel Program, hotel reservations must be made through the official event website using the booking link provided in your registration confirmation email. If you did not receive the registration confirmation email, the booking link is also available on the tournament website.

Reservations made directly with a hotel or through a third-party booking platform will not be recognized as Preferred Hotel Program reservations.

Opt Out
Individuals who choose not to use the Preferred Hotel Program may opt out by paying the applicable Opt-Out Fee of $75–$100, depending on the event location.

Once the Opt-Out Fee has been paid, you may make lodging arrangements through the provider of your choice with no additional lodging requirements.

Examples of lodging arrangements that require opting out include:

• Booking directly with a hotel
• Using third-party booking platforms (e.g., Hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, HotelPlanner)
• Staying with family or friends
• Camping
• Airbnb, VRBO, or timeshare accommodations
• Using hotel rewards points
• Using special or discounted rates (e.g., AAA, military, senior, government, corporate, or other non-event rates)

Please note: These lodging arrangements are not considered Preferred Hotel Program reservations and will not satisfy the program requirements unless the individual has paid the applicable Alternative Lodging Surcharge.

Failure to participate in the Preferred Hotel Program or pay the applicable Alternative Lodging Surcharge will result in the individual not being scheduled into the event.
