Game Day USA Softball forms PROSPECT Teams to compete at SoftballFest over Winter Break in Panama City Beach, Florida, a world class vacation destination. PROSPECT Team players are hand selected and receive a GOLDEN TICKET invitation. Teams are managed by a staff of paid professional softball coaches, including current and former collegiate players.
PROSPECT Teams are composed of the top players in our nationwide softball network. Invited players enroll as individuals and are rostered on a team of their peers to compete at SoftballFest.

Teams play between 4-7 games (depending upon performance)
Paid professional coaching staff, including current and former collegiate players

Event starts on morning of December 27, 2026 (December 26 inbound travel day)
Event ends on afternoon of January 1, 2027 (January 2 outbound travel day)
Frank Brown Park is primary complex (near the waterfront)
Open to ages 10U-18U (based upon 2027 softball age)
Player registration fee is only $450 per player
Stay to Play event, with ample hotels available for every family budget
HAVE YOU RECEIVED A GOLDEN TICKET OR PERSONAL INVITATION TO PLAY ON A PROSPECT TEAM?
Any player that has already received a Golden Ticket invitation should enroll within 10 days of receiving the invitation in order to maintain a roster spot. Any player who has not yet been invited can complete a quick and simple application.
